Hosting Application: The application you have downloaded and installed that integrates PacketSDK. By installing the Hosting Application, you also install the PacketSDK.
PacketSDK: A software component embedded in the Hosting Application. The PacketSDK utilizes idle device resources to collect publicly available information from the web, provided the device’s CPU utilization is low enough that the SDK’s operation does not interfere with the user experience or other running applications.
License: Subject to the terms of this Agreement, PacketSDK grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the SDK solely as part of the Hosting Application, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years of age, or the legal age required in your jurisdiction, to install or use PacketSDK. By using the Hosting Application and enabling the PacketSDK, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Prohibited Uses: You agree not to, and you will not allow others to:
License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise
commercially exploit the PacketSDK.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the SDK, except as
expressly allowed by applicable law.
Make the PacketSDK available to any third party, in any form or by any means, without explicit
authorization from PacketSDK.
Right to Modify: PacketSDK reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the PacketSDK or any related service, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
Updates: You agree that PacketSDK may periodically release updates, fixes, or enhancements for the SDK, which may be automatically installed without prior notice.
Term: This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either you or PacketSDK.
Termination by PacketSDK: PacketSDK may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice.
Termination by You:
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by:
Opting out of the PacketSDK network through the settings in the Hosting Application.
Deleting the Hosting Application and all copies of it from your device (mobile or desktop).
Consequences of Termination: Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the PacketSDK and uninstall the Hosting Application from your device.
Immediate Termination: PacketSDK may terminate this Agreement immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, the provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intent as closely as possible. All other provisions of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
PacketSDK reserves the right to modify or replace any terms of this Agreement at any time, in its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting or notification. Your continued use of the Hosting Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
By enabling the PacketSDK, you also agree to PacketSDK’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy outlines how your data may be collected, used, and shared.
